RETURNS
Each item is made to order specially for you in the UK, so unless there is damage, we are not able to accept any returns, however we will accept exchanges if you get your size wrong. Any items received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All returns for exchanges must be unworn, unaltered or unwashed and must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags intact. Items returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Returns & Exchanges must take place within 28 days of delivery, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the items returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the our warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
